3-D TV’s will be available as soon as Next year
It’s amazing how many new 3-D movies came out in theaters this year, there was Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs, G Force, Monsters vs. Aliens, My Bloody Valentine and much more. With the movies being in 3-D many movie watchers raced to the theaters to get the full effect of the movie. In a time where the economy and especially the film industry was losing money 3-D movies have done very well this year.
Still some movie fans prefer to watch movies at home from the comfort of their own couch once it’s released on DVD even though they lose all of the 3-D effects they would have seen at the theater. But thanks to technology constantly improving pretty soon you will be able watch 3-D movies in your home.
With consumers constantly looking for bigger and better technology, television makers are working on 3-D televisions for in home use. Already two major companies Sony, and Panasonic are on the verge of releasing they’re brands in the beginning of 2010 while Mitsubishi and JVC are hoping to add their versions by the end of 2010.
Even as manufacturers look to increase their sales with the newest technology, there will always be skeptics. Studies show that many people complain of severe headaches from watching 3-D movies, others are worried about the price. While the whole 3-D television craze maybe in its initial stages several networks like ESPN are already trying to see what sports programming will look like through the 3-D lenses. Soon not only will you have the option to watch NFL football games in HD, but 3-D also.
